Plans for next 6 months Over the next 6 months we will:
• Ensure that our equipment meets UK railway product acceptance criteria. This includes testing in a variety of operational situations to ensure that our product is safe and intuitive to use.
• Design and build a calibration tool so that users can regularly ensure the equipment is measuring representative results.
• Electromagnetic compatibility testing of our equipment, to ensure that it does not interfere with railway signalling systems.
We started up our business after attending a pre-accelerator programme run by Emerge and they have supported us since day one. The business has come a long way since then; we’ve pivoted, rebranded, developed, prototyped and now gone to market with our state-of-the-art railway inspection device. We really appreciate this award, the funding will enable us to pass the railway product acceptance process so that our device can be widely adopted to reduce delays, prevent damage and improve railway safety.
